Delivery Options and Charges

Worksop Caravan Centre Limited operates a standard deliver and track service with our designated carrier to any address within mainland UK which is charged at £4.95 per consignment on all items upto 20kg and £9.95 for items over 20kg (allow up to 14 days for delivery).

Insurance is available on all consignments and is calculated as 2% of the total order value and can be added to your order at checkout.

Express or Next day upgrades are also available on all items in stock at time of purchase and can also be added at checkout. All items are delivered direct to your door and require a signature upon delivery, please assist us by ensuring that it is possible for someone to accept delivery of your order.

For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred).

If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to ‘Worksop Caravan Centre Limited.’ accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund – no hassles, for your total peace of mind.

 

Price & VAT

All prices displayed are in £’s sterling and include VAT at 15%. On the rare occasion where there is an error online, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed.

All products are subject to availability.

 

Payment

Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: 1) MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta. 2) Cheque / Postal Order.

Please make payable to ‘Worksop Caravan Centre Limited’, ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse.

We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as ‘Worksop Caravan Centre Limited’ will not be held responsible for any losses.

 

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected.

Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.

 

Availability

We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice.

Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.

 

Part Delivery / Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 24 hours of receipt.

This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order.

The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

 

Returns Procedure

Products Purchased Online/By Mail Order: All goods returned must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without notice will not be accepted.

Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our Customer Service department will arrange for a collection of faulty goods through our carrier, alternatively you may return them in person to Worksop Caravan Centre Limited. All other goods must be returned at the senders’ expense. If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel (up to a maximum weight of 30kg) from Mainland UK.

 

Specification

Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on this website are correct at the time of publication, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we’ll do our very best to inform you when placing your order.

All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.

 

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a customer.
